Chef Tips for 4/29

Chef Craig is happy to announce two new dishes on our menu. The first one is a spin off our customer favorite Green Enchilada Bake. We are now offering a Enchilada Roja. It is made with ancho and cascabel peppers. Everyone in Texas loves our Grapefruit so we decided to incorporate it in to one of our new dishes! For next week we will be having Spinach Salad with Avocado and a Grapefruit Vinaigrette. Let us know what you think about our new line of dishes we are launching every week.
