Chef Craig



With Chef Craig’s experience and education in raw foods, classical veg cuisine, macrobiotic, and ayurvedic traditions, it’s almost hard to believe that he once had a career as an engineer.

Growing up, Craig discovered the dramatic importance of diet and nutrition while healing sports injuries and being a top level athletic performer.  After spending many years discovering the value of eating your veggies and whole grains, learning about modern food production, combined with the emotional and personal connections we communicate in our cuisine, Chef Craig followed his passion, continued his education, and dedicated his life to creating meals that are wholesome, imaginative, nourishing, and comforting.

It is undoubtedly a labor of love, and we hope it shows in every bite, and on every level of your Veggytopia experience
